  • The parking structure entrance is located on 8th St. and Catalina St.

  • Parking Permits will be issued to vendors during vendor setup days on June 16th or 17th. 

  • Assigned parking passes must be clearly displayed on your vehicle dashboard.

  • Vehicles without Parking Permit clearly displayed will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

VENDOR SCHEDULE:

SETUP DAY:

Date: Thursday - June 16th, 2022
Load-in Hours: 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM

  • Vendor Loading Entrance & Check-In Address is located at: 701 S. Catalina St. Los Angeles, CA

  • Upon entering the loading gate, check in with KTOWN NIGHT Market staff at the Information booth located at the entrance to pick up your vendor credentials.

  • Vendors are allowed to drive their vehicles onto the event grounds to unload equipment /merchandise only AFTER checking in with KTOWN NIGHT Market Staff.

  • All vehicles must display a parking permit to include emergency contact information for the vehicle driver.

  • Once unloading is completed, please immediately move your vehicle off event grounds to allow other vendors space to unload. (Vehicles are to be parked no longer than 15 minutes.)

  • Overnight Security will patrol event grounds, it is still highly recommended to protect all valuables and goods.

EVENT DAY 1:

Date: Friday - June 17th, 2022
Load-in Hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM ** ALL CARS MUST BE OFF GROUNDS BY NOON
Event Hours: 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Load Out Hours: 11:30 PM - 12:00 AM

  • ALL vehicles during setup must be off event grounds by 12:00 PM on Friday

  • All vehicles must display a parking permit to include emergency contact information for the vehicle driver.

  • Food Vendors last call is at 10:45 PM.

  • Overnight Security will patrol event grounds, it is still highly recommended to protect all valuables and goods.

EVENT DAY 2:

Date: Saturday - June 18th, 2022
Load-in Hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM ** ALL CARS MUST BE OFF GROUNDS BY NOON
Event Hours: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Load Out Hours: 11:30 PM - 02:00 AM

  • ALL vehicles during setup must be off event grounds by 12:00 PM on Saturday.

  • All vehicles must display a parking permit to include emergency contact information for the vehicle driver.

  • Food Vendors last call is at 10:45 PM.

  • Vendors will not be allowed to drive their vehicles into the event ground until all attendees have cleared out. Please be sure to bring the appropriate staffing/equipment to move your items out to loading area.

  • All goods or merchandise left after 2AM on Sunday will be deemed trash and disposed of. Any moving or disposal fees incurred, will be at the vendor's expense.


SHOW POLICIES:

  • Per LA Fire Department regulations, no goods/merchandise of any sort are to be placed along the aisles at all times, as this may impede the Fire Department’s passage in case of emergency.

  • Per LA Fire Department, all cooking (BBQ, grill, etc) must be conducted behind the tent. NO cooking in front of the tents will be permitted as this is a safety hazard.

  • Per LA Fire Department, all open flame cooking vendors must provide their own fire extinguishers (deep frying food vendors must prepare a K-Type fire extinguisher).

  • The LA Fire Department will check the validity/expiration dates on fire extinguishers for all food vendors.

  • Per LAPD, no drones are allowed without prior written consent.

  • All food vendors should prepare trash bins to dispose of litter/trash from food packages and wrappings within booths.

  • Do not remove any of the frames used for the structures of the booths on your own as it may collapse and may cause potential hazard to anyone in the vicinity.

  • The event floor plan has been approved by the LA Fire Marshall and City of Los Angeles. Any available empty space cannot be used for any purposes. Event organizers/security personnel have the authority and will remove anything placed within these empty spaces.

  • Vendors supplying their own table cloths, drapes and decorations must make sure they are made of non-flammable materials.

  • Overnight security will be provided, but it is not advisable to leave any valuable Merchandise behind. Event organizers are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any lost or stolen items.

  • Vehicles will not be allowed into event grounds after 12:00 PM. Vendors must hand cart from the parking lot.

  • Note: Event organizers will not provide any dollies or carts on site for vendor use.


ELECTRICITY SERVICE:

  • All additional power must be ordered by Tuesday, May 17th, 2022. Contact your KTOWN NIGHT Market representative to place an order.

  • Price: $80 per 20 amps (standard 120 volts). Additional charges may apply depending on requirement. (Price is for both event days)

  • Vendors must provide their own cables and extension cords.

  • Vendors CANNOT bring their own power generator.


FAQ’s:

PRE-EVENT QUESTIONS:

  1. If I choose to back out of the event, will I be refunded?

    • Per contractual agreement, there will be no refunds or future event credit.

  2. Will there be free, reliable Wi-Fi?

    • No, make sure to provide a portable Wi-Fi hotspot.

  3. Will there be ATMs on-site?

    • Yes, ATMs will be available throughout the event grounds.

  4. Can I play music/TV advertisements from my booth?

    • Yes, as long as it does not interfere with your neighbors and the stage performances.

  5. Is extra space provided for storage?

    • For food vendors, there will be some additional storage space directly behind their approved 10’x10’ booth for cooking or storage.

    • Merchants and all other vendors will not have any additional space outside of their booth.

  6. Will ice be provided at the event?

    • Yes, there will be ice available for purchase prior to and during the event.

  7. Will refrigeration be available?

    • No, due to the limited space available, there will not be a refrigeration truck on site.

  8. Will I be able to share a booth with another Vendor?

    • Vendors are strictly prohibited from sub-leasing any booth space.

 

SET-UP QUESTIONS:

  1. Will there be dollies, carts, ladders, etc. be available onsite for vendors to borrow?

    • Vendors are responsible for their own product transportation.

  2. Can event staff or volunteers help unload or set up my booth?

    • No, please be sure to have enough staff available during set-up and breakdown.

  3. My booth is set up incorrectly, who should I contact?

    • Please contact your KTOWN NIGHT MARKET representative or Info booth.

 

EVENT DAY QUESTIONS:

  1. Where do the vendors park?

    • All vendors will receive (1) reserved parking pass and food vendors will receive (2) parking passes. The parking structure is located on 8th St. and Catalina St. Parking passes must be clearly displayed at all times. Vehicles without proper parking passes will have their vehicles towed at the owner’s expense.

  2. Am I required to stay for the duration of the entire event?

    • All of our vendors must stay for the entire duration of the event. Vehicles will not be allowed onsite till all attendees have cleared the event.

  3. Will there be janitorial services available onsite?

    • Yes, janitorial services will be on site. Any booths that leave behind an unreasonable amount of trash or grease may be subject to additional cleaning fees.

 KTOWN NIGHT MARKET is held on LAUSD School Grounds. Drugs, Alcohol & Tobacco products are prohibited.
